About the team + role

We’re hiring a Senior Design Recruiter to support hiring incredible talent across our Design, Content, Creative, and Research organizations. You will be partnering with leaders across these teams to drive strategic hiring. In this position, you’ll create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment processes including: sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for candidates from mid- to leadership levels
  • Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across our Design, Content, Creative, and Research teams
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interviewing best practices, and decision making
  • Provide regular status reports to TA leadership and business partners, and ensure data is up to date and compliant in our applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships
  • Be an ambassador for a positive candidate experience

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Design Recruiting experience
  • Proven success of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitive job markets
  • Proven success partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Extensive ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to ambiguity or changes
  • Proven ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
  • Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions
  • Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter)

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $119,000—$140,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $105,000—$123,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL): $93,000—$109,000 USD
