Litigation Attorney

Our firm is looking for a talented and motivated General Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in one of the following industries: oil and gas, real estate, or construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation matters, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in general litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, tort claims, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Provide legal counsel and strategy development for cases involving oil and gas, real estate, or construction sectors.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including pre-trial motions, depositions, and trial proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Must live in Houston, TX.
• Minimum of 3 years of general litigation experience, with a focus on oil and gas, real estate, or construction law.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to professional excellence.
