Job Requirements / Description
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) .
- Expertise in UCCE architecture, deployment models, call flow scripting, and CVP micro apps.
- Hands-on experience with VXML Gateway configuration, troubleshooting, and CVP scripting .
- Familiarity with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) reporting and Cisco Unified Communication technologies (CUCM, CUCM IM&P, CUC).
- Experience with APIs and protocols for automation (AXL, REST, SOAP).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for UCCE/CVP solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge is a plus.
