SCFF is currently seeking: Part-Time Community Specialist
Sign-on Bonus: $250
Pay rate starting at $15 per hour plus Milage reimbursement.
REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's license & must have a vehicle
• Insurance and Registration
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical and background checks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and preparing meals.
• Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities in the community.
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities using an online system.
• Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
