Pay rate: $43 - $45 Hourly
Shift: Monday To Friday 8 am to 5 pm
JOB SUMMARY
Hybrid Position: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Onsite
Title: NDA Compliance Paralegal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the legal team to review, draft, and negotiate NDAs
- Utilize various tools that support the receiving, processing, and execution of NDA requests and any new technologies that improve efficiency
- Develop and revise timelines, procedures and training that support compliance with the NDA process, including when, why and how NDAs are used
- Define, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of NDA requests
- Coordinate and gather information, materials, documents and reports which are necessary to respond to inquiries
- Assist in training and advising regional partners to ensure global compliance of NDA and contract administration
- Assist employees in their understanding of the Levels of Authority Policy
- Track and remediate policy and process violations as appropriate
Education & Experience:
Post-secondary paralegal certification/ degree or 5 Years equivalent paralegal experience required
Bachelor's degree - Preferred
Project Management - Preferred
