UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Mentor Support opportunity inRichland, WAto support the Hanford Site. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide a BTR Program Mentor to perform the scope outlined in this SOW. The BTR Program Mentor shall be responsible for executing a wide variety of in- field training and mentoring of CPCCo BTR personnel in accordance with the provisions of the contract. All work will be performed on the Hanford site or at 2620 Fermi in Richland. DESCRIPTION OF WORK - SPECIFIC The scope for this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Provide Buyer's BTRs with hands-on training, guidance and directions that will facilitate the individuals' understanding, knowledge, expertise and experience in fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of their job assignment. Participate in the various BTR Program training modules to share their experience and knowledge on the various subjects being taught. Provide situational responses to the Buyer's BTRs to assist in addressing work challenges that may arise. Provide input for curriculum development and execute review and edits. The Contractor shall supply a BTR Mentor experienced in procurement and supply chain operations and mentoring activities associated with the BTR & Procurement Program. This individual is expected to provide requested support with a current estimation of 1280 hours within a 12-month period, which is subject to change as determined by the CPCCo BTR Program Manager. This individual is expected to provide on-site support for the duration of the contract. This work is to be performed primarily at different locations on the Hanford site and CPCCo offices at 2620 Fermi in Richland. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED U.S. Citizenship Minimum of 10 years' related experience in Procurement and Supply Chain operations. Minimum of 5 years' combined experience developing and administering contracts for services, construction and/or fabrication. Minimum of 5 years' experience developing and administering contracts within the DOE complex. Minimum of 5 years' experience mentoring and developing personnel within the DOE complex. Security and Badging Requirements For any on-site work, general site access badging is required. Special clearance requirements will be provided, if applicable. Work Location: Scope to be performed on the Hanford site and at CPCCo offices at 2620 Fermi in Richland. Site Access and Work Hours Work shall be done on a 4 x 10 schedule. The standard workday consists of 10 hours of work between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM PDT, with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch. If schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to the Contractor's point of contact.
