What you'll do

As Senior Product Marketing Manager - eSignature Self-Serve, you will be responsible for helping drive the adoption, cross-sell, and upsell in our eSignature line of products. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Digital Customer Success and Sales teams to drive segmentation, map the customer journey, optimize the full-funnel experience, and accelerate growth on our digital channels.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing - eSignature.

Responsibility

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Digital Customer Success, Sales and Product Management to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition, adoption, and upsell opportunities through owned and paid channels, including in-product communication

  • Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth, then refine and optimize messaging based on these insights

  • Partner with the Product, Digital Experience and Pricing teams to shape how the in-product narrative evolves and scales to attract, engage and retain the different segments across our eSignature product line

  • Build a community of customer evangelists by driving a consistent narrative, in partnership with Customer Success


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations


Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of working with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • MBA from credible school
  • Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision
  • Highly collaborative, hardworking, open, proactive, and results-driven

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

Washington DC: $134,900.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .
