Description:
Seeking Regional Distribution Manager for eastern territory to perform each essential function, which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Work with and manage the Sales reps (QBRs, Training, Opportunity review, buddy calls) in the region.
  2. Manage distribution activity (QBRs, Training, Buddy calls, etc.) in the aforementioned regions.
  3. Be visible in Distributor Branches and manage daily activities and opportunities in the branches (directly or with REPs).
  4. Generate and manage new NBOs in the territory directly or through rep and distribution partners.
  5. Communicate effectively with company HQ counterparts.
  6. Achieve sales forecast and design win targets.
  7. Adapt personal, interpersonal, and professional behavior quickly based on the demands of the project, customer, or solution.
  8. Execute timely/ongoing review of customer backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues (e.g., factory, finance, sales, and customers).
  9. Manage inventory and DOI (Days of Inventory) to prevent incurring excess inventory in the channel.
  10. Present alternatives when new information is available and communicate them to management.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years in selling electronic components (as Regional Distribution or Regional Sales Manager).
  2. 3+ years' experience working in the industry, consumer electronics or semiconductors, preferably in international business environments.
  3. Demonstrated experience in budget and forecast abilities.
  4. Exceptional customer interface and customer service track record.
  5. Strong organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts and customers.
  7. Strong/advanced computer abilities (computerized systems, mobile devices, and MS Office).
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  9. Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  10. Ability to generate spreadsheets, reports, data, and other information for presentations.
  11. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work instructions and procedures.
  12. Ability to change gears comfortably.
  13. Must be able to travel about 60%+ of the time.
