::: section Crown is searching for an experienced, seasoned Financial Specialist, knowledgeable of both the customer (NASA) and the essential programmatic and financial reporting functions. It is preferred that this accomplished and highly motivated finance specialist should have government contracting or government experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Program Management Office (PMO) functions related to performance measures, metrics definition, and related program-level or contract-level activities. The Finance Specialist supports the CM in developing the cost portion of TO proposals. This resource supports the PM and the DPMO in executing leases and subcontracts, implementing financial aspects, and configuring Team Crown business systems during the phase-in.The Finance Specialist role, local to the San Francisco Bay Area will be available on site throughout the duration of contract phase-in and an agreed upon hybrid schedule during contract execution. During phase-in, the Finance Specialist supports the Phase-In Manager in establishing all the business processes of the contract support program, including implementation and training of methods and mechanisms defined in our proposal or required by NASA. The Financial Specialist leads the development of several of the transition deliverables.The finance specialist resides in the Business Operations Office, along with the Contracts, and HR functions. This role reports to the Deputy Program Manager. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual who possesses strong contract finance experience combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, growth environment.Responsibilities:-Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. -Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. -Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. -Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
