Employee Benefits - Account Manager (Remote) We are a quickly growing insurance agency looking to add an experienced Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to assist with ongoing account management and client relationship maintenance. We want to deliver a friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable experience to our clients - and make sure they get the most out of their Employee Benefits. Responsibilities: • Ongoing account management and client relationship maintenance • Timely responses to emails, calls, and other client communications • Consult with and make recommendations for clients based on their unique needs • Work with stakeholders to implement a proactive renewal process for Large Group clients • Build decks and assist with presentation during pre-renewal, renewal, and open enrollment meetings • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for open enrollment and any other needs throughout the year • Work with stakeholders to develop strategic renewal plans for clients • Work with vendor partners to accommodate special strategies with clients as appropriate Qualifications: • Active Health License • Thorough experience with both small-group and large-group clients • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work efficiently within CRM and other computer/software tools • Time management and accountability in remote work setting Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000

Compensation:
