Senior Project Engineer - Top ENR General Contractor (Denver, CO)

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 5 years of experience in construction engineering for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing technical aspects and coordinating complex engineering challenges across Denver-area projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, and be interested in advancing to Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering aspects of large-scale construction projects, including design collaboration and site coordination.
• Perform complex engineering calculations to ensure design compliance.
• Coordinate design and site teams to minimize errors and avoid rework.
• Develop detailed plans using Revit, BIM, AutoCAD , and MS Project .
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Support the project management team in budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering for commercial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD , and MS Project .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with top ENR-ranked general contractors.
• Leadership in engineering teams, with a desire to advance to Project Management
• Expertise in handling complex engineering in fast-paced environments.
