Pomegranate Hospitality is looking for an experienced, passionate Front of House Service Manager to lead the incredible team of Safta, the modern Israeli restaurant located at The Source Hotel.

Overview: The Front of House Service Manager for any Pomegranate Hospitality concept is a part of the management team responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving consistent quality standards and ensuring the company core values are being executed. This role will manage the development of the Service Team, operating systems and create a successful working relationship with the Culinary Team. It is essential to have a strong hold on the company's culture and values to ensure they are implemented everyday with each employee.

What we hope you bring to the team:

  • College degree is preferred. Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative
  • 1-3 years management experience, in a high volume setting
  • A passion for food and restaurant operations and a desire to make an impact on customers and business
  • A "can do" work ethic and the ability to be a role model
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Works efficiently and timely at all times
  • Previous Toast experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Able to stand for a 12-14 hour shift
  • Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word & Excel)
  • Strong business acumen and proficient math knowledge and comprehension
