Job Requirements / Description

Principal Activities

Assist with recruiting efforts using CareerBuilder and Indeed, assisting with background check and drug screen process, assisting with new hire orientation.

Coordinate and execute company events.

Create, maintain, and ensure the security of confidential personnel files.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling interviews, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies.

Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally.

Collaborate on streamlining HR processes for improved efficiency.

Participate in and support company-wide projects and programs.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

Proficiency in HRIS (UltiPro preferred).

Proficient in ADP hourly timecards processing.

Comfort with technology and social media.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.

High level of customer service orientation.

Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet business needs.

Ability to move safely in a manufacturing environment.


Education & Experience

Minimum Associate`s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent combination of experience and HR Certification with high school diploma. Bachelor`s Degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of HR related experience.

Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.

Proven experience in administrative support within an HR department, with a strong preference for experience with ADP hourly timesheets.


Must be a US Citizen due to DOD requirements for this worksite.
