Location: Picton, WA, AU, 6229

This role is based at our Picton Depot in the South West where you will provide support and advice to the business around fleet practices to ensure compliance with all fleet policy/guidelines and support fleet specialist work stream leaders with administration and data entry support.

Your Role in Action

  • Contribute to a highly motivated, high performing team.
  • Contribute to improving the performance of Fleet Services business processes and customer service functions.
  • Provide Fleet Management, Engineering and Service work stream leaders with administration support.
  • Entry and maintenance of accurate vehicle, plant and custodian information into Ellipse.
  • Responsible for providing advice on fleet activities to the rest of the business.
  • Update Fleet database (Ellipse) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • General data entry and reconciliations for the processing of FBT, fuel accounts, infringements, insurance claims and vehicle licensing as required.
  • Contribute to improving QA procedures and systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent in English, Maths, Science and Computing.
  • At least 2+ years general office administration experience.
  • Previous experience in the automotive service or parts industry.
  • Good data entry accuracy with particular attention to detail.
  • Great organisation skills.
