Key Responsibilities:

2. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
3. Collaborate with investment teams to align business development efforts with their investment strategies and market insights.
4. Lead presentations and discussions with potential clients, effectively articulating their value proposition and investment approach.
5. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
6. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in business development or sales within the financial services industry, preferably in long/short equity hedge funds or asset management.
2. Strong network of relationships within the institutional investment community.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
