Our extensive expertise allows our clients to use fluoropolymers to realize exceptional performance through the extraordinary capabilities and unique characteristics of fluoro-molecules. Our focus will be on the high purity, corrosion resistant, and release markets worldwide.Summary:Work with Production Leaders, Engineers, and Sales on a daily basis to create fluoropolymer products that are used around the world and touch lives of millions every day. We provide a flexible work schedule with start times between 5am to 7am.Responsibilities & Duties:Set up and run manual lathesPrepare and load raw materials and parts onto machineInspect and measure finished productsCompletes productions and quality logsCollaborate with team members to optimize production processes and ensure timely completion of projectsMaintain a safe working environmentWork Skills:Ability to read blueprintsExperience with using manual lathesExperience with using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)Mechanical aptitude and good math skillslearn multiple manufacturing techniques and work efficiently at manual tasks in a fluoropolymer production environmentCNC experience a plusExperience: Minimum three years’ experience in a similar working environment plus education in a technical field.Qualifications: Punctuality and a willingness to work hard and learn the process and procedures. Experience using power tools and measuring devices as well as read blueprints is a plus.
