Position: Tax Manager
Location: Middlesex County, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130k-$160k based on experience

About the Role:
Join a growing public accounting firm as a Tax Manager. This hybrid position is perfect for experienced professionals ready to make an impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the preparation and review of various tax returns, including individual, partnership, and corporate taxes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and standards.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Prep & Review Experience of 1040,1120, 1120s, 1065, 990
  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters UltraTax software.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Industries: Experience in real estate, closely held businesses, non-profits, and trusts/estates is essential.
