Job Summary:

Join AIR Global as General Manager, Future Inhalation Rituals, reporting to EVP Future Inhalation Rituals, as we progress on the next phase of our growth journey. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing a high-performance commercial organization and launching / driving the Future of Shisha starting with our disruptive device, OOKA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the commercial vision and strategy, developing and implementing omni-channel plans to achieve company objectives and revenue / profit targets.
  • Create and refine the operating model to deliver the vision, sales / marketing strategy, and business plans, including team capabilities and capacities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the US team to maximize their potential and drive performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new channels, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Build robust after-sales approach and strategy to drive and maintain customer loyalty with a relentless pursuit of delighting the consumer.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, digital, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop strong, professional customer relationships to promote the brand and deliver the necessary growth.
  • Be a champion of the product, providing the energy, support and challenge to ensure the brand meets the high expectations of retailers, consumers and internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and opportunity identification.
  • Play a key strategic role in the business’s ambitious growth plans, both for the US and broader Global Future Inhalation Rituals business.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in roles of increasing seniority across sales, marketing and eCommerce in the Durable Consumer Goods industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
