Job Summary

Join FLIK - a member of Compass Group USA as a Project Manager , and be part of an exceptional team in the Food/Hospitality industry.

This role offers you the opportunity to flawlessly lead and successfully implement key projects that elevate our world-class corporate dining services. Your ambition and proven expertise will help us continue to compete at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
2. Document and analyze information and processes to solve critical business issues.
3. Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase.
4. Ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
5. Review status reports prepared by project personnel; modify schedules or plans as required.
6. Communicate project details across all levels of the organization and various departments proactively.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
2. At least 3-5 years' experience leading large, complex enterprise projects, especially those involving significant organizational change.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Validated ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude.
6. Ability to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously.
