Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Cartersville, GA

**Job Description:**
- Care for adult to geriatric patient populations with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6.
- Utilize unit systems such as Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR.
- Schedule requires a maximum of 7 days off with no guaranteed blocked scheduling.
- Holidays and major holiday work expectations apply, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
- Work four weekend shifts a month; every other weekend may not be guaranteed.
- Float to other departments as needed; if in ER or ICU, will be assigned Medical Surgical acuity patients and may float as CNA/tech role.
- Achieve full compliance for an on-time start; delay otherwise can be two weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
- Complete a 13-hour orientation.
- Candidates must be willing to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
- Availability to work major holidays as per the assigned period is expected.
