The concept: An exciting, small-scale farm-to-table restaurant is set to open in the heart of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. This intimate venue aims to create a unique dining experience that blends upscale, ingredient-driven dishes with a welcoming, approachable atmosphere. With a brand-new open kitchen and an owner deeply invested in the well-being of both staff and guests, this project is built on a foundation of genuine hospitality and creativity. It promises to offer a truly immersive dining experience, with the potential for expansion to other major cities in the future.
Diners will be treated to an unforgettable meal, from intimate dinners for two to exclusive gatherings for six, featuring a front-row seat to the open kitchen and its culinary artistry. This is modern dining at its finest—interactive, engaging, and designed to create lasting memories.
The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef / CDC to lead the culinary direction of this exciting new venture. The chef will have full creative freedom to design an elevated, farm-to-table menu, bringing fresh, seasonal ingredients to life in an approachable yet refined way. The restaurant's initial price point of $200 per person will set the stage for a special, high-caliber experience, and the chef will play a key role in making it a standout destination.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
- PTO: 2-3 weeks paid time off
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity after 6 months, based on cost control, reviews, and grade letter
- Equity & Partnership: Potential for future equity and partnership for the right candidate
