Job Description:
The Solutions Architect is a critical role in our organization, bridging thegap between business needs and technological solutions. This role involvesanalyzing the current state business processes, identifying areas forimprovement, and designing how to bring that future state to life via solutiondesign, data mapping/analysis, technical schematics and functional definition.During project development phases the Solution Architect will act as thesubject matter expert to help the development team build solutions asefficiently and accurately as possible. The solutions architect is a leaderwithin a project and someone who our clients look to as a voice of authoritywhen designing solutions that will help them achieve their goals and bringvalue to their organizations. .
Who will you work with?
As a solutions architect, you will be a vital member of a growing clientservices team, reporting to Aionic’s Delivery leadership. The successfulcandidate will work closely with our clients - both business and ITstakeholders – to help solve and guide clients through complexmultidimensional problems in a range of different industries and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, anddocument requirements needed to bring solutions to life.
- Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective offinding out how they can be improved or automated via both operationalprocesses and/or rules based system design.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between businessstakeholders and the IT department. The successful Solutions Architectshould be comfortable leading meetings, working sessions and solution designworkshops.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for designed solutions,including data models, process flows, functional design, BPMN 2.0, and userguides.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of theimplemented solutions.
- Valuation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existingsystems and recommend innovative solutions for potential improvements.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to implementthe designed solutions
- Limited travel may be required based upon the specific client needs, and mayvary project to project
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience ata technology services or software company required.
- Technical Experience: Track record of successful client service projects inmobile application design, ecommerce, customer experience, contentmanagement, loyalty, infrastructure replacement or website implementation.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with an ability to understandand design complex systems.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills withexperience presenting to C-suite level stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologylandscapes.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to workindependently.
