Clinical Director

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise clinical staff to ensure efficient operations.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with JCAHO standards.
3. Provide medical management oversight to ensure quality patient care.
4. Collaborate with healthcare management team to improve clinical services.
5. Monitor and evaluate clinical programs for effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in managing clinical operations.
2. Knowledge of JCAHO regulations and standards.
3. Strong background in medical management.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Advanced degree in healthcare administration or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $88,323.00 - $94,088.00 per year
