We are dedicated to the success of our members and employees to ensure we are the financial institution of choice.Who are you at Neighbors Credit Union?As the Home Equity Loan Processor, you will act as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter and loan originator while providing world-class member service.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Daily Job DutiesWorks with members to originate, process and close their home equity loanProcesses members requests for advances on their HELOC and other account related requestsCross-sell products and services that best fit our members needsGathers customer information and supporting documentation. Enters customer information into systems. Verifies the accuracy of documentation.Ensures all deeds are correctly recorded and release when necessaryPerforms other duties as assignedMeet monthly new loan goalsTo be detail oriented and to ensure that members documents are correctFollow policies and procedures that have been established for the departmentQualificationsQualificationsOne year to three years of similar or related experience.Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
