You Are: A technology leader with a passion for leveraging new and leading enterprise architectures to power business and technology transformation. You are results-oriented, self-directed, with broad experience in shaping, selling, and leading strategic Enterprise Architecture client opportunities. You continually build your knowledge of emerging technology and architecture trends and are viewed as an Enterprise Architecture thought leader.

In Enterprise Architecture you will:

  1. Lead Accenture’s role as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders defining and implementing enterprise architectures that drive business value.
  2. Apply deep Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture experience to architect distinctive client technology solutions.
  3. Leverage industry experience to ensure client solutions are built within the industry context.
  4. Facilitate large and complex senior client stakeholder groups with tailored approaches to collaboration.
  5. Identify and define leading enterprise architecture capabilities, roles, processes, and skills.
  6. Lead the design and/or implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
  7. Establish and lead enterprise architecture governance in complex technology environments.
  8. Assess the impact of the client’s business strategy on the architecture landscape.
  9. Clearly articulate the required phases of a client’s architecture transformation journey.
  10. Lead large scale technology transformation to deliver business value.

As a Senior Manager you will:

  1. Lead the definition of large-scale, complex transformative enterprise architectures.
  2. Lead Market Unit Enterprise Architecture sub-communities and support global Enterprise Architecture communities.
  3. Lead development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics.
  4. Build strong relationships with multiple senior clients, serving as a trusted advisor for the C-suite.
  5. Engage with senior executives in established and emerging strategic partner ecosystem providers.
  6. Develop self and mentor peers and junior team members.
  7. Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Here’s What You Need:

  1. Minimum 6 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
  3. Minimum 3 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
  4. Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams and facilitating client workshops.
  5. Bachelor’s Degree.

Bonus Points if:

  1. You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  2. Deep expertise in technology’s impact on a specific industry.
  3. You have Enterprise Architecture industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  4. You have experience in design and implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., AI).

Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington.
