We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in dental offices and at dental events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Visit dental offices, dental meetings, and dental events to introduce Plus Orthodontics' virtual orthodontic services. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dental professionals.
- Account Management: Assist dental offices in creating accounts and submitting their orthodontic cases. Provide training and support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Consistent Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with dental offices to encourage the consistent submission of orthodontic cases. Address any concerns or questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Event Representation: Represent Plus Orthodontics at dental industry events, showcasing our services, answering questions, and networking with potential clients.
- Sales & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental community to expand our client base. Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for dental offices, providing exceptional customer service and technical support related to our virtual orthodontic services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in pursuing new business opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate our virtual orthodontic platform.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to dental offices, meetings, and events.
