Job Duties:

• This will initially be a rotational assignment with the successful candidate quickly learning and performing basic AR, banking, cost and general ledger functions
• Ensure monthly closing process, including fuel inventory variance review and analysis, journal entries, reconciliations, margin analysis and management's reporting, are completed accurately and timely
• Candidate will work collaboratively with supervision to develop permanent role after completion of rotation
• Role requires both accuracy and speed in execution of assigned tasks
• Must be organized and able to prioritize workload
• Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Must be customer oriented and able to work and communicate well with both internal and external constituencies
• Demonstrated willingness to perform tasks not directly associated with the role, including backing-up coworkers, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• One to two years of accounting office related work experience for a degreed candidate; two to five for non-degreed candidate
• Fuel industry experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from excel
• Assessments required

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
