Harvard Resource Solutions was recently engaged in a new search for Customer Service Representatives on a temporary basis for our automotive client located in Southgate, MI.

Assignment Length: 6 months

Pay: 17.00hr

Location: Southgate

Title: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 8am - 5:00pm , 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working Arrangement: In office

Reason for opening: Special Project

Duties

  • Answer inbound dealership calls for parts orders
  • Validating part numbers and verifying codes
  • Data entry of parts orders
  • Answering 40+ calls daily

Requirements for Duties for Customer Service Representative

  • Great phone skills should be comfortable with talking to people
  • Ability to follow a scripted phone call
  • Good listening skills
  • Proficient in using a computer and Windows applications
  • Attention to detail and having strong accuracy
