Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead our sales initiatives, driving sustainable growth and managing high-performing teams. As a crucial member of our executive leadership, you will work alongside various departments to ensure that our sales strategies are in harmony with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals.
  2. Inspire, mentor, and lead a proactive sales team, promoting a culture of performance and development.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure sales operations contribute to the company’s strategic direction.
  4. Propel revenue growth through optimized sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and retention practices.
  5. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand our presence and influence.
  6. Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance metric analysis.
  7. Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  8. Represent our organization at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  9. Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure unified sales approaches.
  10. Provide valuable insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform future product strategies.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  2. Over 7 years of leadership experience in a sales-driven environment, especially in B2B contexts.
  3. Demonstrated success in cultivating and guiding a high-performing sales team.
