Agile Scrum Master

Akkodis is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract job with a client in Pennington NJ (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid financial background.
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Agile Scrum Master responsibilities include:

• We are looking for a passionate and very experienced Scrum Master with expertise in JIRA and confluence.
• Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of software across multiple teams in a two-week sprint cycle.
• The role involves managing the end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle.
  Experience:
• 5+ year as a scrum master
• Expert JIRA/ Scrum/ Agile experience
• Strong Agile understanding with a comprehensive combination of execution and training in Scrum methodology
• Expert knowledge of an Agile framework or method and understanding of software development lifecycle models
• Experienced in establishing automated reports metrics leveraging JIRA for tracking/ forecasting and managing work efforts across teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly address issues or problems
• Ability to coach and build a collaborative team of diverse individuals located across multiple locations.
• Ability to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensure alignment with priorities and schedule, and ensure the team is fully deployed and productive.
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Proficiency in refinement, story grooming, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, PI planning, and other Scrum techniques
• Experience in planning and problem-solving.
  Qualifications
• Scrum master certification
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/IT

Pay Details: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
