Summary:
The Manager, Sales Enablement plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. This highly motivated individual will assist Corporate and Regional HUBs through Sales Enablement work that enhances efficiency, strategic focus, improved process, and growth. As a critical part of the Sales Enablement team, the Manager, Sales Enablement will ensure that team projects, trainings, audits, meetings, and resources are organized, current, and innovative. Additionally, this role will supervise the Sales Operations Administrator.

This individual will have the ability to facilitate and manage work across the expanded Sales Enablement team, as well as connect cross-functionally based on project needs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior leadership to develop, coordinate, and track progress on Sales Enablement's Value Creation Plan (VCP)
- Organize a 360-degree view of expanded Sales Enablement daily work to identify opportunities for process improvement and update
- Initiate, manage, and execute Sales Enablement projects, trainings, audits, and more as directed by the Sales Enablement leadership team
- Build and update a Sales Enablement team RACI chart
- Support coordination around Sales Enablement new employee orientation
- Analyze and update team Knowledge Base, training tools, and content to sustain relevance
- Assist with management of CRM quarterly releases, including development and testing coordination
- Organize testing and/or vetting of new technologies and applications to support Sales Enablement
- Supervise and train Sales Operations Administrator
- Oversee and enhance administration process across tools and resources
- Support vendor relationships for identified tools and resources
- Recommend enhancements to Sales Enablement procedures based on lessons learned and best practices
- Provide frequent and intentional follow up on work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Build and track return on investment and key success measures
- Apply knowledge and data to resolve process issues and troubleshoot problems
- Coordinate and interface with IT, Operations and other departments as needed
- Bring change management experience and focus to each project
- Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed
- Creative, critical thinker, and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions and action steps
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn with a hands-on approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professional, credible, and detail oriented with a high sense of urgency
- Sales customer service mentality/desire to win/ability to understand numbers and communicate them effectively
- Bachelor's Degree recommended
- 3+ years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite of products - including Dynamics CRM
- Project management experience a plus
