The ideal candidate will be hands-on and strategic while also possessing experience operating in a unionized environment, executing company projects, managing change and driving process improvement. This role has a heavy focus on HR operations, specifically implementing and executing HR programs such as compensation and benefits, HRIS, leave administration, workers compensation and compliance.
