Who You Are

As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is crucial in facilitating sales enablement and ensuring adherence to sales processes. By utilizing in-depth knowledge of business processes throughout the customer lifecycle, you will take proactive steps to align sales and customer success operations, aiming to enhance growth and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include executing priorities and operations that directly support the growth team. This involves conducting reporting and analysis, optimizing the sales tech stack, and implementing process improvements to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the teams.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively monitor the performance of our sales efforts in HubSpot to uncover trends and opportunities and ensure adherence to processes
  • Audit sales calls and sales demonstrations to help measure the efficiency of the sales team
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to enhance and revise sales materials, as well as refine our demonstration, onboarding, and other post-sales interactions
  • Assist sales team on sales enablement with the focus of compressing new hire ramp time, improving sales productivity, and ensuring sales process consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain sales data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot, ensuring measures are in place to keep data up to date and performing regular data hygiene activities
  • Involvement in the commission process for sales reps, including monitoring post-closing account growth and contraction
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with sales leaders to drive and manage the business
  • Continuously improve sales processes that lead to greater efficiencies, accuracy, and transparency
  • Be an expert on doxy.me’s MRR recognition and sales compensation plans
  • Ensure the growth team has the necessary tools and resources to maximize their productivity and effectiveness

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an operational role with a strong proficiency in HubSpot
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • The ability to solve problems, using data to justify decisions and provide recommendations to leaders
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal formats across all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work with non-technical business leaders to translate their needs into scalable solutions
  • An innate ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to meticulous documentation of processes and project details
