Home Health Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Health Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our home health agency. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the home healthcare landscape, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hours: 12pm to 5pm
- Job Status: Part-Time
- Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates for home health positions in nursing, therapy, and administration.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on applicant tracking system to reach a wide pool of applicants.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Work with the Talent Acquisitions Director, People Operations Manager, and leadership team to help develop recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Coordinate with the People Operations Manager to assist with hiring.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with internal and external customers to include local educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups. Ability to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or higher is a plus.
- Experience: 1 year of previous work experience in a medical or healthcare office recruiting/sourcing. Home health recruiting experience a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, home health practices, and knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment laws.
