Core Diagnostic Laboratories is searching for an Account Executive in our Laboratory division to grow the designated territory. CDL is a multi-service laboratory providing services to medical facilities in the Southeast US.

The territory for this position is Auburn and Montgomery, plus surrounding areas. The call points are Pediatrics, Primary Care/Urgent Care, Urology, OB GYN, wound care, and pain management clinics.

You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service; however, entry-level experience will be considered. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  3. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  4. Present products to prospective clients.
  5. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  6. Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  8. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative in medical/pharma or B2B sales.
  2. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  5. Organizational and time-management skills.
  6. A business acumen.
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate.
  8. BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
