As a Homestyle Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Cracker Barrel's full menu of homestyle favorites using their recipes and methods of food preparation. Whether it's flipping pancakes as a Grill Cook, prepping fresh salads and desserts as a Prep Cook, or hand-rolling buttermilk biscuits as a Backup Cook, your goal is to ensure that guests leave full and happy every time.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Expert knowledge of traditional, seasonal, and new menu items
• Adherence to company standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Teamwork with back-of-house team, coworkers, and management

• Desire to provide excellent service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
