About The Role
Join us on the ground floor as a Senior Business Development Rep! You will proactively identify and engage with prospects, qualify for pain/need and interest with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team. source leads using various sources (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless, trade show lists, and online research) and run a multi-touch cadence consisting of email, LinkedIn and phone outreach. You'll qualify them, run intro calls, and partner with the founders to help in the discovery and closing the opportunity. You'll be an integral part of our go to market motion - from the initial prospecting through the mid-sales funnel. You'll play a critical role in building the revenue engine of the company, and you'll be rewarded with meaningful equity.
You Will:

  • Work with the sales team to prospect and create new leads to increase sales pipeline
  • Set appointments for the Cofounders (sales team)
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful prospect outreach via phone, as well as via email, and social platforms
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's value proposition, the target market, and positioning
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospects' objections and rejections
  • Meet monthly quota of qualified appointments
  • Maintain an active social presence on LinkedIn that generates strong brand awareness
  • Participate in discovery sessions, demos, and proof of concepts. You'll also get exposure to creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal.

  • Ability to converse and engage with senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience in a sales development role interacting with executive stakeholders, leading presentations, and prospecting
  • Flexibility to travel to meet customers, attend events or conferences or wherever the work takes you
  • Knowledge of supply chain applications (WMS, ERPs, etc.) and manufacturing/industrial clients a plus
