Microsoft Corporation has the following opportunity: Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Manufacturing; Business; Supply Chain; Logistics; Industrial Engineering; Engineering Management; related degrees.Experience: 36 months of experience in project/program management.Specific Skills: Education or experience in Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Stakeholder management and communications; Identifying and leading creation of continuous improvement processes and tools; Large-scale project management; Develop and execute business operational strategies; and Business Operations.Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (V1159365), in Redmond, WA, (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $164,580 to $194,580 per year.Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
