Aston Carter is currently looking to hire a Vice President of Finance in the Greater Cleveland area!

Hard Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting strongly preferred; other business-related discipline considered if significant experience in finance and/or accounting
  2. Masters in Accounting, Finance, or MBA degree is strongly preferred
  3. CPA Certification is strongly preferred
  4. 10+ years of progressive operational finance and leadership experience
  5. Experience working in a global multi-plant and multi-currency manufacturing environment
  6. Fundamentally sound working knowledge of US GAAP standards
  7. Fluent in English and French is a plus
  8. Ability to build a strong cohesive global Finance Team
  9. Demonstrated experience with management of operational cash flow
  10. Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions
  11. Highly skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite software products, business analytics software, and working knowledge of legacy ERP systems
