Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to develop winning strategies for buying and selling homes.
- Manage phone calls, follow-ups, e-mail communications, meetings, appointments, and overall management of the sales pipeline.
- Hold open houses to secure unrepresented buyers who need a great real estate agent.
- Network and market to find new customers.
- Build a personal brand and generate business through social media channels.
Qualifications
- Real estate experience of 2+ years is a PLUS!
- Full-time work including evenings and weekends.
- Tech-savvy with an easy ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive, can-do, growth mindset.
- Familiarity with the Seattle area real estate market.
- Customer service background and sales skills.
- Hard-working and willing to learn and do the work to make life-changing money to support your dreams and lifestyle for you and your family.
