Talent Acquisition / HR Associate
Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Talent Acquisition / HR Associate to join their team. This critical role will support the onboarding of new employees.

This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts with frequent travel to Brighton, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new employees across multiple locations.
  • Organize and participate in onboarding open houses, managing 12-hour shifts during intensive hiring phases.
  • Ensure accurate completion and filing of new hire documents, including payroll forms, direct deposit details, and I-9 verification of IDs.
  • Input data related to background checks and CORI forms electronically with high accuracy.
  • Utilize scanners and laptop computers efficiently, ensuring all electronic data is managed properly.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain strong verbal communication to interact effectively with new hires and team members.
  • Stay organized under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have an Associate’s Degree.
  • Demonstrable experience in human resources or talent acquisition, with a willingness to work with teams with 1+ to 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong data entry skills are essential.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and use them efficiently in a work setting.
  • Must be willing and able to be onsite 5 days a week and available for potential weekend work.
  • Ability to travel to different hospital sites as required.

Compensation: $25/hr. (DOE)
