Set Up Tech - 3rd shift

Set Up Tech 3rd shift $20/hr BOE Job Description : We need diverse manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics OR mechanically inclined persons that have worked on or set-up machines (this is a precursor to the Maintenance Mechanic). The equipment and job duties :

• Repair all production equipment and plant equipment.
  1. Serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking),
  2. rotary and linear liquid filling machines
  3. spindle and semi-auto belt cappers
  4. check-weighers, blow-offs
  5. PLC's
  6. heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders
  7. bottle unscramblers
  8. gravity feeders to name a few.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
• Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other.
• Maintenance techs repair, conduct PM's, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line.
