To support this expansion, we are seeking two VP Business Solutions - Americas to join our team and help drive our success.

About the position
In this role, you will sell Codemill’s products and services to customers either directly or through partners, serving as an ambassador of the Codemill brand. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, delivering demos and presentations, nurturing customer and partner relationships, and closing deals with both existing and new clients.
We seek a proactive and independent business professional with a background in the Media and Entertainment industry. You will play a key role in Codemill’s ongoing international growth and have the chance to significantly impact both your personal success and the company's success.
You will collaborate closely with our experienced Sales Managers, Product Owners, R&D team, and management. You will also build and maintain relationships with some of the world's most innovative and influential companies and work with our highly skilled product team to define and deliver top-quality solutions and products.
Qualifications
For you to succeed in the role of VP Business Solutions - Americas at Codemill, you are a persistent person who has a strong focus on goals and results. You are passionate about making business as well as fostering great business relationships. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
In order to succeed in this position, you should be technically proficient, enabling you to independently demo and configure our applications. Experience in communicating with technical industry stakeholders is also crucial.
The role will require collaboration with our product team and developers based in Sweden, so availability during European time zones a few times a week is necessary. A relevant academic background and previous experience working with European companies are advantageous.
Employment terms
This is a full-time position with flexible location options, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US as long as you can accommodate our customers' and, occasionally, Swedish time zones. Currently, most of our clients are based on the West Coast.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission structure, and comprehensive insurance. The position includes a lot of traveling to meet with clients and attend various industry events, both within the US and internationally.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, who is a member of the Management team.
