Shepherd Search Group is looking for Project Engineers to join the team at Ballard Marine Construction in Bradenton, FL, and Greenville, SC. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to take on an engineering role and make a real impact. As the senior engineer on-site, Project Engineers will have the authority to make decisions and change plans.

If you have 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering management, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related field, and are proficient with a wide range of software (or willing and able to learn) including CAD, Blue Beam, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, MS Project or P6, and Microsoft Office Suite, then this could be the perfect role for you.
