Job Details
Desired Skills & Experience
Perform primary review of C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, partnerships, multi-state entities and high net worth individual tax returns.
Supervise and direct professional tax resources. Provide monthly progress reports and discuss department status with manager and Partners.
Manage the delivery of client services, schedule proactive tax planning meetings, and provide for the on-time delivery of tax returns.
Understanding of GAAP reporting requirements (ASC 740/FAS 109/FIN 48).
Ability to perform complex tax research independently (Thomson Reuters - Checkpoint).
Ability to present findings, ideas to client management or Board-of-Directors/Audit Committees.
Established (or willingness to establish) professional referral network to become a practice builder.
Professional and Educational Qualifications
Six-plus years of tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) experience preferred.
BS in Accounting, CPA, Masters in Taxation (or working toward it).
Pro FX (CCH) experience (a plus).
