Position Summary:
The SR. Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and advice in the development and implementation of human resource strategies, policies and procedures across Greenpoint Technologies. This role leads a team of 4+ HR professionals; and is a member of the Greenpoint executive team. They are a key partner to the Recruiting & Resource Management team and manage salary administration, benefits, employee relations, performance evaluations, and managing the HR team at all Greenpoint locations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the design and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, programs and policies to meet strategic business needs.
- Lead the delivery of Human Resources services through fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Is a strategic partner with the business leaders and Sr Recruiting Manager.
- Champion continuous improvements of HR processes and systems.
- Process all Employee Relations concerns including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company Policies.
- Coach and advise management on succession planning.
- Manage the compensation operations to ensure the success of the compensation philosophy and program delivery (e.g., merit increases, annual bonuses and promotion increases).
- Promote Company culture and core values.
- Help ensure that the Company adheres to State/Federal regulations.
- Coach management on Employee Relations issues and compliance with laws to ensure consistency.
- Understand, implement, and enforce Company Policies.
- Create, maintain, and perform Disciplinary Actions.
- Perform terminations.
- Advise Management on proper disciplinary and termination protocol.
- Ensure record keeping is in compliance with State/Federal regulations and complete internal audits.
- Participate in Customer, FAA, and AS9100 audits.
- Ensure that proper training is conducted for all Employees.
- Provide proper training and answer questions for the HR team.
- Complete regular weekly/monthly reports as requested by Director of HR or working partners within Safran.
- Keeps management appropriately informed of Facility activities and of any significant/potential problems.
- Develop specific goals and plans for the individual Facilities’ HR Department and take necessary steps to achieve those goals.
- As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future.
- Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.
- Understand and promote all health, safety and environmental legal and regulatory requirements including company policies and standards. Lead by example, enforce and sustain a strong-minded safety culture and compliance driven practices in the work environment.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and HR Certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience: minimum 5 years of Human Resources management experience required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- State and Federal employment laws.
- Employee Benefit administration, State and Federal rules and applications.
- Compensation analysis and administration.
- Familiarity with Affirmative Action.
- Training and development of HR and management.
- Employee Relations: coaching, disciplinary actions, terminations.
- Extensive experience in both rapid growth as well as dramatic downsizing of staff.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to develop and implement Human Resource and business best practices.
- Strong command of change management.
- Adept at building rapport with all levels of the organization.
- Expert at integrating HR best practices with the company’s goals and core values.
Working Conditions:
- Does require fluent communication in English.
- Minor traveling may be required.
- Protracted or irregular hours may be required.

The Washington State Salary Range for this role is: $121,000 - $166,000.
This is a full time position.
