Salary & Compensation
- UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. Qualifications
- Experience acquiring, extracting and utilizing data from different data sources. (Required)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the problem or objective. (Required)
- Demonstrated project experience including identifying concerns and formulating solutions. (Required)
- Experience in programming in SAS Macro, R function and Stata to automate common tasks. (Required)
- Experience optimizing the data processing steps to provide timely results. (Required)
- Experience utilizing Windows PowerShell or scripting language. (Required)
- Experience with SAS, Stata, and R for data access, data retrieval, data management, data analysis, data presentation and modeling. (Required)
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision on multiple projects simultaneously. (Required)
- Demonstrated report completion involving developing report objectives, providing steps for data processing and data analysis. (Required)
- Experience presenting the written reports as a business presentation. (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication to interact with Principal Investigators, researchers, administrative staff and external audiences. (Required)
- Experience with Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (Required)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
- Master's Degree in Public health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
- Any suitable equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted (Required)
