A top-tier, nationally recognised law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join their practice in Miami, Florida. They offer an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals who provide strategic counsel to clients across the full business life cycle – from formation through growth, exit strategies, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel on business formation, choice of entity, and governance.
• Act as outside general counsel for clients across diverse industries, helping them navigate complex business and legal challenges.
• Lead and advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Assist clients with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and transaction negotiations.
• Guide clients through private equity transactions, employee stock ownership plans, and succession planning.
• Stay current with industry trends and legal developments to provide cutting-edge advice to their clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• A proven track record of managing sophisticated corporate matters and providing practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Strong client development skills and an existing book of business.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain admission.
