Job Summary: Premiere Property Services is seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales across an account list of apartment community customers. Account Representatives excel at developing long-term customer relationships and selling both reoccurring "Turns" in addition to "Projects".
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Grow Turns sales across a given account list. Turns are make-ready services driven by customer tenant move-outs and may include paint, drywall repairs, maintenance, carpet cleaning, resurfacing, and/or flooring installation. You will be responsible for:
  2. Maintaining Turns sales at established accounts
  3. Growing share of Turns at established accounts, by either:
  4. Increasing the number of services Premiere performs on any given Turn
  5. Increasing the percentage of Turns won by Premiere
  1. Winning Turns at new prospects
  1. Selling Projects to the same account list. Projects may include unit renovations, clubhouse remodels, roof replacements, and more. You will be responsible for sourcing and selling these Projects while maintaining constant communication with the customer. You will also assist a Premiere Estimator during the estimating and project-management phases of the Project.
