We are actively searching for a Lead Superintendent for a leading commercial developer/builder in Houston that can handle $10M+ jobs, ground-up and TI, focused on higher education, corporate offices, mixed-use buildings, big-box retail and other large commercial markets.
This position will have direct influence over a $100M backlog of ground-up/TI projects ranging from $5-$25M+. This is a long-term opportunity with incredible growth potential, excellent work/life balance and above average salary package (15%+ bonus).
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ground-up construction experience with a commercial GC as a Lead Superintendent with projects valued at $10M+.

Position Overview:
- Oversee day-to-day (and week-to-week) operations of a project(s)
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities for the project.
- Directs all subcontractors and company field personnel to attain project completion on time and within or under budget, while maximizing the quality of craftsmanship and safety practices that conforms to the original plans and specifications.
- Maintains and adjusts the project schedule on a weekly basis. This includes forecasting, identifying problems and determining the best solution possible.
- Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of the final punch list.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of experience working as a Lead Superintendent for a commercial General Contractor involved with ground-up/interior construction.
- Have worked on large commercial projects valued at $10M+.
- Proficient in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production in all phases of a construction project.
- Comfortable and experienced in managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Project, Primavera P6.
